The "up-to-date" decor is "fun and funky" at this "tastefully modern" chain outpost within "walking distance of most Downtown facilities", including the convention center and the State House; "quiet" rooms have "comfortable bedding", "likable layouts" and "roomy showers", but not so hot is the "steep" charge for valet-only parking; N.B. the Latitude 41 restaurant gives top billing to local produce in its modern American grub.

Charged to use the internet?! $13/day.
No complimentary coffee in the room either. The basic hotel conveniences were not there... For a 4-star hotel, lacking to be sure other than the staff and the beds...

The beds were comfy and clean.

$23 for overnight parking seems excessive.
This was a very attractive and beautifully run hotel. Valet, front desk and housekeeping staff was universally friendly, accommodating and professional. Rooms are extraordinarily clean, well designed, and thoughtfully laid out. The Aveda toiletries were a nice touch.
